No Christmas tree this year but not to worry we have this beautiful czech wreath made by Sestra Lydia.
(You know how people always say "I'll email you the photo." Well they didn't so we don't have a photo of the choir but..)
The missionaries from Prague and Brno put on a Christmas concert in the St. Mikalus Cathedral which is right in the middle of Old Town. We ended the concert with "I Believe in Christ" which has just been translated into czech. What a thrill to bear our testimonies of Jesus Christ through song in their own language.

Here we are after the concert with Sister Perez
They are a very creative bunch!!
Looks like fun. Crazy ol carp. I'll guess I'll take the cod over carp any year. We missed you at the Christmas festivities.
ReplyDeleteWe are excited to try all the new Czech Christmas traditions next year... except the carp. And mom's hair is getting long. Maybe she should grow it out for locks of love with Natalie and I.
ReplyDeleteyea we did miss you at festivities. Jeremy and I think our house should be the christmas dinner house every year, cause then we can send all the kids downstairs to play with the video games while we do our gift exchange- which by the way was way fun!! If we didn't tell you what the adults did this year ask one of us about it. BTW- if we do it at our house you're in charge of buying the pizzas!!:) See you soon!!!!!!
